Our HUMC Food Pantry is open the second Saturday of each month from 11 to 1 to serve those in need. We are fortunate to have anywhere from 20 to 30+ volunteers who help with the distribution of food in various ways. We have greeters who welcome people as they come in, others who assist in filling out forms, talking to those we welcome, praying with those who request prayer, bagging groceries, taking groceries to the car for those who need assistance. We have many other jobs that go along with running a food pantry—shopping, keeping food on shelves, cleaning the food pantry, etc.

We have been able to keep the HUMC Food Pantry running through the generosity of our church members, friends, strangers who believe it is a worthy cause, and the help of other churches.
